What the site collects

Very little. There are no forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking scripts on these pages, and I set no cookies. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not call a font company to load them.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each request and sees your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the page and block abuse. It may count page views without cookies, and it may set one short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. I do not get anything from it that identifies you.

If you email me

I get your email address and whatever you write. I use it to answer you and to do the work if you hire me. The mailbox is hosted by Instantly, my email provider. I do not sell your information. If you pay for a snapshot, the card processor behind the payment link gets your payment details, and I never see your card number. I share it with nobody else.

I keep email for as long as I need it to answer you and for my business records. Ask me to delete yours and I will, unless I have to keep it for taxes or a dispute.

What I see inside a client's CRM

That is covered by the agreement the firm signs before I log in, and this page does not replace it. In short: I use one login the firm creates, I do not export or copy client records, and I keep no client data.

Email nick@getadvisorcrmcheck.com to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. I answer within 30 days. I run no advertising or tracking cookies and sell nothing, so there is nothing here for a Global Privacy Control signal to turn off.
